We try to help everyone in each meeting. We try to set up our meetings in a way that is easy to follow and helpful for everyone.
Before each meeting starts, you will have some time to greet other participants. This gives you a chance to get to know others in the meeting. You will be able to see a list of names participants choose to go by as people join.
You will be able to see your group leader and talk with them. The group leader will introduce themself and welcome everyone to the support group. They will go over the meeting plan and tell you about the meeting topic. You will have a chance to help review our meeting guidelines by reading one out loud in turn. We want each person to feel welcome and to understand how our meetings work.
Participants briefly "check in" by saying their first name and how much they want to talk in the meeting. If you would like, you can say one thing that you did in the last week that you feel was helpful to you. The check-in process helps you to get to know others, and it helps the group leader plan the rest of the meeting.
In each meeting, we spend 10 to 15 minutes on a topic that may be helpful to you. You will have a chance to talk with others about the topic and ask questions.
In each meeting, you will be able to talk with the other participants. The group leader will make sure each person who wants to talk has a turn to do so.

We hope you get some new ideas and are encouraged after each meeting. You can talk about your plans if you want at the end of each meeting.
