    The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Depression by William J. Knaus EdD. An electronic copy of the book is included with registration for this six-week series of meetings. This book club makes use of a very comprehensive workbook covering many elements of depression. The basic topics we will discuss in this group include chapters about: understanding depression, getting ready to recover, creating your game plan, recognizing depressive thinking, using reason against depressive thinking and identifying thinking errors. You will acquire a number of strong anti-depression skills and have the opportunity to begin to try them out along with the help of the group.
