VOA|ReST Session VOA|ReST is an online peer support service providing the benefits of its confidential, interactive process to individuals who are struggling with loneliness, stress and fatigue during these extraordinary times. Sessions are limited to ten participants. Each VOA|ReST group – led up to by two facilitators– follows processes designed to discharge distress and enable rediscovery of positive commitments to their work and lifestyle goals. Groups are free and confidential.
Video use, with your camera on, is required for participation in ReST sessions. If you are using a mobile device/phone, go to your web browser, and log onto SGC to access your scheduled meeting.
