    This is peer online support group for other people who also have Asperger’s Syndrome, or high functioning autism. This is a place to talk with other peers who also are on the autistic spectrum. This is a safe place where you can relax, away from neurotypicals, and not have to worry about judgement from other people.


  • Better Days: Exploring Mental Health Topics
    Join us as we explore mental health issues and coping skills through a combination of readings and introspective activities. Each meeting will cover a specific topic which we delve into in a hands-on way. Be prepared to think deeply about problem solving and building your resilience to deal with life's ups and downs.

    Eclectic Recovery Amplified (ERA) Purpose: ERA provides a safe space for members to process, inform, affirm, and nurture their recovery. ERA recognizes that a successful recovery is a sustainable recovery and sustainability often finds success through curiosity and diversity. ERA supports sustainable recovery by creating a listening/collaborative space to help members move forward without barriers to solutions, without fear of the unfamiliar or unusual. WHO is ERA for? ERA welcomes all in recovery who find themselves seeking tools, techniques, and practices outside of one's normal venues for guidance and support.     Writing is a very powerful way to express our feelings and thoughts. It can oftentimes help us get through tough times, better appreciate the good times, and help to get our thoughts in order and make decisions. The writing can be songwriting, journal writing, prose, poetry, rap, short stories, novels, etc. There are no rules in art and creativity. Feel free to bring a piece that you'd like to share.
