Each meeting will cover a specific topic which we delve into in a hands-on way. Be prepared to think deeply about problem solving and building your resilience to deal with life's ups and downs.
Cause 4 Paws Whether you have an emotional support, service or companion animal, join us for an open discussion on the positive impact our furry friends have on our mental health and the ways in which we can come together to share training techniques and discover resources to accommodate their needs during this unprecedented time. You do not need to have your furry companion present with you during the group, join us Fridays 12pm PST
Coping With Covid Coping with Covid is a group that addresses the mental health effects of isolation and the reality that we are experiencing together. We promote a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment to offer grounding, socialization, coping techniques, and a place where you can sort through your emotions and share thoughts and concerns.
Create to Feel Great A group where we use different mediums of art to express our feelings.
Creative Expressions A writing space for new and experienced writers! Journal Writing, Poetry, Song writing, short stories etc. A place to vent and be creative with your pen and pencil.
ERA - Eclectic Recovery Amplified Eclectic Recovery Amplified (ERA)
Purpose:
ERA provides a safe space for members to process, inform, affirm, and nurture their recovery.
ERA recognizes that a successful recovery is a sustainable recovery and sustainability often finds success through curiosity and diversity.
ERA supports sustainable recovery by creating a listening/collaborative space to help members move forward without barriers to solutions, without fear of the unfamiliar or unusual.
WHO is ERA for?
ERA welcomes all in recovery who find themselves seeking tools, techniques, and practices outside of one's normal venues for guidance and support.

Hearing Voices Network A safe space for people of all ages and backgrounds to talk freely about voice-hearing, intrusive thoughts, visions and similar sensory experiences
Hope Scope How to see your life through the perspective of hope.
Hungry Souls Join us as we try to look analytically at our eating patterns and related health issues. Our goal will be to support each other as we find ways to improve our habits. Topics include issues with eating disorders, healthy recipes and cooking ideas, food journaling/meal planning and much much more.
Leadership: Modeling the Life of Nuts Student leaders in recovery share challenges and vision, including: Presentations of portfolios and projects, Personal financial management, Finding mentors
Let’s Get Better Together! (A LGBTQ+ Safe Space) Processing group for members identifying as LGBTQ+. A safe space to help individuals make connections with their peers and share experiences.
Online Facilitator Meeting This is our monthly meeting for online facilitators. Facilitators will be able to check in on any challenges that they might be having, technical or otherwise. We will also go over announcements in terms of the program and events that may be coming up in the near future. This group is reserved for online facilitators.
Passionate Pathfinders This group is for us to come together individually and collectively to find pathways to what our passions are in life! Join us in this weekly safe space and come along with us on our journey to explore our options together because we have them!

Weight Loss, Wellness & Wholeness (WWW) Eaters A Self-Help Group for those who want to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
Throughout history, those with mental health challenges have also experienced challenges maintaining a healthy weight. This is either due to lifestyle, medication, other chemical imbalances, or a combination of various factors. WWW stands for Weight loss, Wellness, and Wholeness. Through collaboration with personal lived experiences, we will support each other in achieving our physical and mental health goals through the use of self-help tactics that we share and establish relationships that will lead us to success.
Writing to Heal Join us as we collaborate on varying writing exercises that offer a chance for us to relax and reflect on our experiences. In this peer run group, our volunteer facilitator will be taking members through check-ins,recovery related topics, free writes and the sharing and processing of writing pieces that have benefited wellness.
