WRAP - Wellness Recovery Action Plan

Join us for this special series that came highly requested from members. WRAP stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan. WRAP is an evidence-based practice that was developed by people struggling with personal challenges to help them stay as well as possible .Learn how to create a personalized WRAP plan to map out & plan ahead for the times when you just aren't feeling well! Your WRAP plan will include wellness tools, action plans, personal preferences, etc. Your WRAP plan also tells others what to do for you in the event that you feel too unwell to make decisions.

"The Wellness Recovery Action Plan is a framework with which you can develop an effective approach to manage distressing symptoms and gain insight into patterns of behavior. It is a tool to help you gain more control over your problems....It can also include a crisis plan, which is a way of guiding others on how best to make decisions for you and to take care of you, for those times when your problems and symptoms have made it very difficult for you to do this for yourself." - WRAP Plan
